ANDREA CARBONI
Founder & Coach
Parker, Colorado
Andrea brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and student-focused coaching to the college admissions process. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and began her career as a market research consultant, where she mastered the art of listening to understand what people truly want and need. She conducted public opinion polling, product forecasting, and strategic market research. After receiving her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, she went on to lead billion-dollar brands for major consumer companies including Johnson & Johnson and Frito-Lay.
Having lived across the U.S.—West Coast, East Coast, Midwest, and now Colorado—Andrea brings a broad perspective and strong analytical skills to college admissions coaching. She helps students uncover their strengths, share their stories authentically and guides families through one of life’s most important decisions.

By working together, Lisa and Andrea offer students and families the benefit of two perspectives, complementary strengths, and a unified approach.
Both are Associate Members of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and are completing the Professional Program in College Admissions Counseling at the University of California, Berkeley. They also both volunteer as coaches for ScholarMatch, a non-profit organization that supports first-generation and low-income students with the college application process.
